tics,,, :'(

does anyone else with tourrettes/a tic disorder experience pain when they tic? or is it just me? recently my tic where I just throw my head to the side has been causing me less pain than normal, but I've started slapping/punching myself. does anyone know how to stop TWT it's starting to rlly hurt
