Valentine's day

It was much quieter for this Valentine's day. I woke up earlier in the day at six thirty nine am. Afterwards I had a thought about how things changed for this year. Although that's expected for every year I should say. I'm referring to holidays and many days of the year. It would have been great if Angel was here with us. It hasn't been a year since she passed. We speak of her everyday. Anyone can relate with family who meant a lot and aren't here anymore. The same can be said with pets because they're family. I'm mentioning it due to thinking about it hours ago. I gave Valentine's day greeting cards to my family during afternoon time. It wasn't a big celebration. I didn't wear anything valentine's day theme or decorated. I would have been okay to do it. I had no issues with it. For this year it didn't happened and that's okay as well. For those who celebrate Valentine's day. I will say have a happy and great Valentine's day whether it's with family or friends. To some have a great time with your significant other as well. For me it was spending time with my family today. If anyone ask me that's significant enough. I meant that as a good thing. I did poetry and journal writing. I left with my mom and sisters going to my nephew's doctor appointment. He had a sinus issues since yesterday ago. My nephew went to get a check up on that. My oldest sister cooked steak and mashed potatoes for dinner. We baked valentine's cookies a few hours afterwards. Overall I thought the day went quiet and calming. I thought that's surely a way to describe things. Valentine's day twenty twenty two was different yet a good day. As of right now I plan on listening to music and relaxing. I'm not exactly tired at the moment. Peace until next time.
