spotify lets u play local files! u just have to enable it in ur settings. i downloaded black dragon fighting society and the rest of the ep and i listen to it all the time :D

i use this website: https://ytmp3.cc/uu130cc/ . ive used it for years! u just put in a yt link and it'll download it for u. there's ads, but as long as u click out of them you'll be fine!
