Hi Everyone sorry i haven't posted in a month i have been going through some things and wasn't sure what to post either so here we go part of dealing with mental health is you will have episodes of feeling and being just fine and can do what you normally would do or be doing and then Bam!! you don't feel like doing it . Any of it and it can be real that way with anything it can happen with a relationship or a craft project. For instant i use to journal and it helped me allot i start dating this guy that gave me no and i mean no privacy what so ever but would keep things from me. He would read my journals so i stopped writting in them and almost stop caring about my mental health with this person. which is very very dangerous so please don't ever let someone do that to you.
