2 effects i use way too much (impostors take notes)

i dont feel like writing an essay so ill just spit em out:

frequency shifter at 20% dry/wet (be sure to modulate the shift amount, keep it below about 20 hz for best results)

delay with a stupid short time, im talking like less than 10 ms
