Life isn't so bad I guess?

I feel so different from other people sometimes. I feel like I am the only one who actually sees the beauty of the world. Maybe it's the fact that I have endless time right now or maybe it's cause I am constantly wishing and hoping that something out there is better than the world I've seen so far. I don't know, but what I do know is I am liking this new outlook. Cause I used to be a girl who kept her head to the ground and stayed in the past, hoping a future would fly at me. But I knew deep down that life didn't work like that and that I was only looking at closed doors. But now I open the doors to endless opportunities, I look up at the sky and count the leaves on the trees, and I walk heel toe straight to my future. Cause sometimes you can't wait for opportunities  to come and if they did, your one lucky son of a gun.
