is sexuality even a thing??

I mean, if you're going by the fact that looks, genitals, t or e levels and all that doesn't define gender, how can you have a preference to just one gender?

I'm probably just overthinking but if someone likes people with short hair and higher t levels doesn't that mean they can like both men and women? because someone of that description could go by any pronoun or gender identity.
