Misa Amane Cosplay

I really enjoyed Misa in Deathnote. She was just the right amount of annoying, lovable and crazy. One of my favorite outfits of hers, was the pink outfit she wore with the cutout heart top. I thought it fit her personality so well when she was acting.

After a couple of years of holding onto this long pink prom dress that I was given, I decided to rip it apart and start creating the outfit with my dress form. I just hung the fabric pieces along the form, pinned and cut the shapes I needed. I did have an issue where I had attached some pieces in the wrong order so I had to rip it apart and start all over again.

I probably should have ironed it again, but I was just so excited to put the look together!
