two weeks ago we had a midyear assessment, and word got out a few kids were cheating on it, because of that the english staff team decided to ban music, phones, and fun games. for example, there used to be a thing we'd do called word of the day, where we have to hear our teacher say a certain word, then we'd get a sticker as a reward.
what i dislike about entire class discipline is that for students like myself, who are constantly trying to be on best behavior for the acceptance of teachers, it drives me paranoid, and untrusted. the fact that i know my teacher loves me, and i know i didn't cheat, but because someone did she has to act like some prison guard to us? its unfair and a terrible punishment, even towards the kids who cheated, were still in middle school, and if they get leaked that they were part of it, it may ruin their school life because the teachers just HAVE the discipline the whooole class. its worthless and only teaching me that as good as i am i will never be enough.
stop unethical disciplines.
