some positive things

ive barely been sad recently, which is better than usual lol. ive been getting better at talking to people which im really proud of because im anti social and horrible at communicating to people irl. therapy has been helping me see things from a different point of view and undertstand some stuff. ive just been generally okay and that makes me feel good :^)


also i moved some stuff around in my room and i like it a lot, also i have a dvd player now so i can watch the office and my favorite movies 💯💯
