I am very new here and I was wondering if anyone could give me a few tips to make my profile look better I will take any ideas and I am really friendly and I am on here so I can have more people to talk to and be friends with.

It honestly depends on what are your taste and what you really like. Thats the beauty of Spacehey.
And honestly learning quite a bit of CSS and HTML (which man im am super rusty in) and google (or if your more privacy focused DuckDuckGo) will be your friend. But even then you can ask some of the users and im sure they will be happy to help you out!
My personal recommendations is to always make sure that text is legible. As you want people to read what you wrote, and not have them guessing if that's an H or an B. And the layout is easy to understand, simply because there are some layouts that however cool they look, you get too lost and confused to really understand what your looking at (which color contrast is your friend in this case)
But other than that you can customize it to your hearts content! And your current layout looks really nice. Probably would just just your profile image so it doesn't get cut out.
