CRT Monitor

Hello everyone

I've found an old CRT monitor on my house that was from a Compaq PC from year 2002. The monitor model is specifically a Compaq MV5500.

It has some issues displaying the colors, (the OSD menu doesn't seem to be affected by this tho) but these issues can be temporally fixed by moving ~~or punching~~ the monitor

As an extra, I can now play a game without being limited to 60 FPS when the game is actually running at 250 thanks to the fact that this monitor has 85hz refresh rate.

damn, nice
mine unfortunately died (smoke and all) due to bad video card
as for the colors if moving or punching it helps then it's very likely something either broke or came loose
it's probably an easy but dangerous repair
wouldn't try to do it if I was you but it should be easy enough finding a repair shop to get it done
