I HAVE COVID???

okay so basically to give a bit of context my school gives out once every week free covid tests in little packets that u have to do urself at home which is stupid bc theyre SO INACCURATE. anyways so yesterday morning i woke up w a sore throat but i didnt care too much ab it because i thought it would go away by itself so i just went on with my day. a few hours have passed, i came home from school and noticed that my throat was still sore so i decided to tell my mom about it. she gave me some meds then she wanted me to take a covid test just to make sure nothings wrong (like those tests the school gives us, that are, like i said, TOTALLY INACCURATE). i was like okay whatever, thinking it was just a waste of time bc just because i have a sore throat it doesnt mean i automatically have covid?? so then i took the test and to our surprise, especially MY surprise, IT WAS POSITIVE!!! i was like wtf??? i thought it was just a normal cold?? i was shocked but not too worried because my immune system is kinda strong so i knew nothing TOO BAD would happen to me. my mom then called the school and told them i was positive, so they let me stay home till i was going to take an ACCURATE covid test at the hospital
