January twenty twenty two

The start of twenty twenty two wasn't an easy one for me. Although I will say new year's day was great. I didn't went to any extravagant celebrations. Instead I spent time with my family which is always great. I did put up a small amount of decorations. I watched the new year's countdown as well. Then suddenly on the morning of January third I felt awfully unwell. It was during seven am. I woke up with aching muscles and severe cold symptoms. I also had issues with my breathing. I used my inhaler to see if it would work. I recalling saying immediately to go to the hospital emergency room. My mom and oldest sister left with me. There was quite a long wait inside the emergency room. It must have been about a two hour wait. While there they didn't give me a breathing treatment. I assumed my asthma was getting bad again. Instead I was told by a doctor to have bronchitis. This occurred after taking the flu and covid test. He mentioned it was in fact bronchitis. The nurse who administrated my flu and covid-19 tests made an off putting comment. She told me that one of those test could very well be positive. I politely ask how could that be the case if the results haven't returned. Why would someone say that being an nurse. I was quite puzzled with that odd comment. I was expecting something different to be said. It could have a been an comment similar to "we are waiting back for your results....feel better soon". I wouldn't had an problem with that being said. After all it's the real world. Some things are going to be said to us whether we like it or not. It's the harsh reality. I'm very aware of it being a pandemic. I wasn't offended by what was said. I was just in disbelief that's all. I feel that things should be encouraged for improvements in these tough times. It's best for uplifting not opposite of that. I actually gotten my flu and covid test results on the online hospital website. They call it the portal section where I had to sign up. Forty eight hours later I had those results to be specific. I tested negative on both tests. It took me about two weeks to feel better from bronchitis. I used my inhaler regularly along with taking vitamin c gummies and cold medication. I also took airborne orange effervescent tablets with orange juice or sometimes with grapefruit juice. I preferred with orange juice the best. I've had warm ginger and lemon tea during the time I didn't felt well. My mom, sisters and nephew was also dealing with cold symptoms around the same time frame. My brother was doing okay without any signs of a cold. Fast forward to the last two weeks and a half in January. I felt it went pretty much okay overall. For the past few days it's been a cooler temperature in Florida. Hours ago it was forty eight degrees outside. The central heater ran throughout the day. It has gotten slightly warmer during late afternoon. It will possibly get cooler again later. I went to publix supermarket with my mom, oldest sister and nephew. Minutes after we went to circle k gas station to get gasoline for my sister's car. Then to the dollar store nearby. This was during five thirty pm. When it was nearly seven pm when we went back inside. We went rather late in the day. My youngest sister was inside watching television. She was doing laundry as well. My nephew was playing roblox on his tablet. It was early in afternoon when he returned back to school. Hours ago at eight fifty am my brother went to work. He arrived back at six pm. For dinner mom cooked baked lemon pepper chicken with salad. We ate dinner at eight fifty pm. It's the last day of January in twenty twenty two. I completed poetry and journal for today earlier. I hope for next month to be much better. I'm very grateful and I will be making more things happen. I wanted to update on here regularly. Instead it's another monthly update this time around. Maybe February will be different concerning that. I will be listening to music before bed. Peace until next time.
