i humbly receive the kimono clad lady bows to matilda while setting a bowl of ramen before her a huge bowl of rich broth with a thin sheen of fat floating on it's surface pork slices thin & tender along with bok choy green onions and fried shallots hide the tangle of noodles waiting below along side is served a plate of gyoza each dumpling cooked to perfection lightly browned crisp at their base yet soft and beautifully steamed together they make for an exotic yet simple meal matilda taking her queue from her fellow diners raises a morsel & suspends it momentarily before taking her first taste then as best as any irish amercan girl can do she intones in her best japanese― itadakimasu (eat the ducky moss)
