Cuberpunk 57.4 steam bug fix.

Came across this little annoying thing last night and was so sad because I thought I waited all day to play and thought I wasnt gonna be able to. Anyways here is a way around it that I found.

If your download on steam is stalling at 57.4 this will get you playing.
