You need to copy the direct link from that website you are using. It should end with .jpg to show the image.
Then back to this site. Like your posting now. paste that link into a tool that looks like a box (should be right side of the tool bar, like a grey bracket box, then paste it into there.) you can write a description under it but I usually leave that empty.
