How duh heck do i fix my trackpad pen?!?!

I have a Huion H950P, I dropped the pen a while ago and it shoved the nib almost inside of the pen itself!! and it has been going too in if I add even the slightest pressure, so every now and then I have to remove the nib with glue and put it back in where its supposed to be. How do I permanently fix this?!?! im getting kind of worried now it's starting to go in wayy more easily now, I think the part that holds the nib is getting more worn out, and thats nono good </3
