My Weekends!

Starting a new morning routine.

Happy Friday!


This is my first weekend in over a year that I'm not going to my part time job since quitting.
I don't wanna fall into my old habits of not doing anything until 4/5pm.

I'm going to start a weekend morning routine to stay active. 

1. sleeping in until 11am/12pm. I'm not gonna push myself.
2.  skin care/ brush teeth/ shower if I need too.
3. drink a whole glass of water and refill my water bottle for the room.
4. move my body for 10 minutes. Move/ Dance/ Get blood flow going. 
5. eat lunch (I'm not a breakfast person) 
6. Write down or text it to myself 1 thing to do that day. 
Either things like paint or wash the bathroom for example. 

I should be able to get all that done before 5pm.
Instead of staying in my bed and laying there until my body needs to eat or pee. 

Any morning routine's you do? 
I could use some pointers!
