...WIND CHILL WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH
SATURDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected. Total
  snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches. Locally higher snowfall
  amounts will be possible above 4000 feet elevation. For the
  Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind
  chills as low as 15 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 1 PM Friday to 7 AM
  EST Saturday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from late Friday night
  through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lower elevations along the foothills of the
  mountains are expected to have light snow accumulations and wind
  chill values near zero on Friday night through Saturday morning.
  With frigid temperatures, any snow accumulation will result in
  potentially dangerous travel conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
