Lack of poc rep in Visual Novels

Lately I’ve been becoming fed up with seeing all visual novels be centered around white people only and only featuring brown skinned characters when they’re there to be the stereotypical aggressive tough guy :((( I’ve already complained abt this to my bf but I just can’t stop thinking abt it. I’m SO sick of seeing white characters in VNs and never seeing poc be properly represented. I’ve been looking for good recommendations and games online, if anyone has recs Id love to play them.

It’s gotten to the point where I get distressed seeing a white characters in a slideshow introducing a games characters then I start to feel okay again when I swipe to a character of color like thank god 😭 I’m an artist and I’ve made crack vns before for jokes but I’m considering making an actual one with only poc in the cast because I’m so sick of us being excluded from everything or being stereotyped etc😭😭 I would LOVE to play a vn with only poc after almost all the games always being all white + token stereotype brown guy
