SpaceHey Advanced Search Workaround

hey guys!! =D

ok so who else is tired of trying to use the Advanced Search on here? every single time i try to search for people based on their interests or location, i just get this annoying message:

"Sorry, Advanced Search is currently not available, we're working on fixing it."

it has literally been saying that since i joined!! ugh! >_< i know so many of us actually want to use this feature to find cool people nearby or people who like the same stuff (me included!!).

BUT guess what? I found a super easy trick/hack so u can do advanced searches anyway using GOOGLE! <3

all u have to do is go to Google and type site:spacehey.com in the search bar, followed by whatever u are looking for in quotation marks! Google will ONLY search inside SpaceHey profiles!!

1. Finding people near u / in ur country:
if u wanna find local friends, just search like this:
site:spacehey.com "from Germany"
site:spacehey.com "Luxembourg"
site:spacehey.com "from USA"

2. Finding people with the same interests / bands:
if u wanna find someone who likes the same music, games, or hobbies, just put the interest in quotes:
site:spacehey.com "Retro Gaming"
site:spacehey.com "HTML/CSS"
site:spacehey.com "from Germany" "Post-Punk" (u can even combine them! WHOA)

it works SO well until the actual search is fixed!! try it out and tell me if it worked for u! :3
