I thought I was getting better(I can't stop crying..)

yeah everything was going great I had my bsf and I have a gf but now I feel like everything is going down. I thought things were getting better I thought I was someone's first choice but life proofs again that I am not. My gf became dry af and treated me just like a friend and I felt like my heart dropped down.I might be overthinking this but still it brakes my soul My bsf got a partner and now I know that I aint her first choice any more. I don't think that there is a single person of my friends who would choose me first anymore. and I don't know if my gf wants to be with me anymore omd I hate this
