Every version of myself I've ever been exists within me at once.
Mistakes don't define you, nor does your righteous behavior. I act upon my will; I act with care.
I speak with heavy intention, and with every word said, there is bound to be fuel for misunderstanding.
I spend all my time anticipating every reaction I could ever give or receive, connecting every thought to another one 'til I weave my own web to get caught in.
It's tiring to be so cautious, to clean up every mess before it's even made.
But I can't afford to let every version of me be known; you deserve a curated personality, carefully pieced together, yet still breathing the same intention.
If I'm not consistent and predictable, then surely I'm not as truthful as I say I am.
You see me past my mistakes and my righteous actions; my inconsistencies are nothing but human behavior.
You see the intention behind every word.
