goddammit I dont want to use ai

so my English class is reading the great gatsby rn and its going great, yk we're having class discussions, analyzing scenes, etc. but suddenly on friday my teacher goes "ok guys your homework over the weekend is to ai generate an image of yourself at a Gatsby party so we can use it as decor" and im shocked, flabbergasted even. cause like first of all, ai isn't even cute as decor, second, she said she wanted them all the be consistent, and like ai is the least consistent thing ever, third, the environmental effects, and fourth, I dont want to upload a photo of myself into the ai database. my friend eventually emails the teacher asking if they can draw their portrait, and the teacher reluctantly agrees, but in the email very passive aggressively tells them to suck it up and do the assignment. so this might be the only time I've gladly taken a 0
