depends if we are "intel integrated graphics" bad or "2008 office pc graphics card" bad. but they aren't too far apart so i'll assume the former
in the fps genre, doom (and it's remakes) run pretty good, so does postal 2 and nearly any source engine game. except csgo 2015+ and derivative maybe
any casual game historically created by popcap and gamehouse on pc will also work, considering they were made to run on windows 98
some other games that run on intel uhd igpu includes buckshot roulette (but will probably fail if your hardware is even worse), early builds of minecraft: java edition, fallout 3 & new vegas, minecraft: bedrock edition, some early versions of call of duty (call of duty 1 was my favorite test game for really bad hardware!), flashpoint or ruffle for flash games, halo: combat evolved, toontown rewritten and battlefield 2!

My PC isn't that bad; it just falls quite short of today's standards :(

depending on how "short" it falls. if you have a 660 or such, you might be eligible for a lot of modern games! depends how crappy it is really
