got like officially officially diagnosed with ocd yesterday and i'm ranting about home

I've been having assessments done since late July and went over my results yesterday with my therapist. it's on the mild-moderate side of things so a bit of me feels a little inadequate compared to other people with the disorder as I don't have it AS bad. my parents don't know yet--they will. i'm a minor, it has to be reported on. i just don't really want them to treat me any more differently than they already do yknow. i can already know how the sit-down conversation is going to go in a couple days (if not tomorrow). i don't want me to be the one to tell them. i have a real hard time with confrontation and speaking to my parents. they've said some real nasty shit to me in the past couple years so I do my best and refrain from getting into any trouble or arguments with them unless absolutely necessary--AND THAT'S what I should probably be talking about in therapy but I'm not oh well. i just don't want anything to change. i don't like being asked constantly "how are you feeling" and feeling guilt-tripped into saying "fine". i sort of fucking hate my home life situation because it's technically not bad--as in people have it a lot worse. but disappointing people is one of my biggest fears and i don't know i guess having ocd feels like a moral failing on my end. I know it's not, but it feels like it. i just want to be an adult already and get out of this house but my parents seem to think I like the idea of going to the college only 30 minutes away (I do NOT). They think with the shitty way they've been treating me since I turned 12/13 is going to make me want to stay home for college?? I feel like an annoying person for ranting about this, but it's all I can really do. Got no reason to actually tell some other adult in my life what mind games I've been put through. My parents have never hit me, never grounded me, never have been mad when I bombed a test. What do I really have to complain about. Because my dad had a bachelor's in psychology and a single year of grad school he thinks he knows his shit (he does on some things, I can understand that), but he has not been in the field since 2000. He quit the field because the field was too hard for him and has been working in warehouses since. Hasn't read any updated studies about anything. He thinks he knows but he doesn't even look into things. The single hardest conversation I've ever had with my parents changed my life completely and they act like it doesn't matter anymore and that I'm just a fucking liar and shit and I'm only a teenager I don't know anything. I don't feel comfortable talking about it on here but it fucking broke me when within a week they couldn't see me. A total 180 was done on me. "We'll love you no matter what! I'll love you no matter what" But do you really? It's not true, you've proven it to not be true. You said that my entire childhood for that to not be true. And now they're gonna try and dissect me again when they learn. I sort of wish I never said anything about my thought process in therapy because then I wouldn't be in this situation again, but she's not even aware I've been in situations so of course she's gonna think it's fine to tell them and she does think it's odd I'm not able to do it by myself but how can I? I cry over the simplest disagreements now because of my dad.
