the ao3 curse caught me and now i’m partially blind?

so. fifth day of school went swimmingly as you can tell

i started posting on ao3 a month and a bit ago. i did not think anything was gonna ACTUALLY HAPPEN

but last night all my siblings were in my room (i hate when they do that. congregate elsewhere!!!!!) and my mum was out

my older sister literally JUST came out of the hospital yesterday (she collapsed and got carted off to a&e)

and i really don’t remember what we were all talking about. i was sat in my usual place on my bed with my tea

my older sister was sitting on the bed next to me

my little sister was at the desk drawing something i think

and my brother was doing whatever bro idk

anyways. i was making a face about something and here comes my little sister saying ‘lol it looks like you have a monobrow when you do that’

and i was like ‘lol it looks like you have a monobrow NOW’

big mistake

she comes up all close to me and she’s like ‘oh don’t look at me i’m just standing here 😄’ and she was SCARILY close to my drawer

and she knows that sometimes i keep snacks in that drawer…… so i thought THAT was what she was after 

so i put my arm out to keep the drawer closed and she PUNCHES ME IN THE FACE

anyways i don’t know how she did it but her finger SCRAPED my eye. and you know when you get punched in the eye you see that white flash for a second

……………… yeah the flash didn’t go away

so my right eye was perfectly normal but i couldn’t SEE out of my left eye. it looked like a really thick cobweb over my eye 

my older sister was telling me to call our mum and tell her to take me to the a&e but like. i would’ve been SLIMED OUT omg like my sister JUST GOT OUT of the a&e she would’ve been so mad

yeah i went to sleep on it. bad bad bad idea don’t do what i just did

i woke up the next morning and it was WORSE. my left eye was just totally out of commission and it was giving me the FATTEST headache

but i thought you know what. it’s thursday and i was only gonna have ONE lesson the whole day (classics) so i might as well suck it up and go

no. no no no no no bad idea

i got to school and sat down and my blueberry goat walked in. she could tell i was tweaked out SO QUICKLY

because i couldn’t look at her with both my eyes open because it gave me a headache

so i was like ‘yeah. i Can’t See’

blueberry goat (and raspberry goat when she came) said that we HAD to go to the medical room

and i said let’s go LATER………… when pineapple n pomegranate goats come

they came and maybe an hour later we went off to the medical room (we all had frees except pineapple goat……… but she skipped errrr)

(well first we went to the IT room. the wifi wouldn’t connect to raspberry goat’s laptop and she kind of needed it)

anyways we went to medical and i told them what was up. literally the SECOND i finished the nurse told my goats to go bring my stuff and then she went to call my mum

sigh……………

so my mum picked me up and took me to a&e. sad

the wait was actually surprisingly short but maybe that was because i told them i couldn’t SEE

anyways they checked it out and everything (nearly pulled my eyelid off but whatever) and they said there was a SCRATCH in my eye……………… and taking a bunch of eyedrops would fix it

how are eyedrops meant to fix my VISION………………

anyways the nurse was lowk #suspicious of me so he made me put in an eyedrop right there and then to prove that i would actually take them at home

OW……………… i got all wet

anyways we left and it was like 12:30 by then so i asked my mum to drop me off at school again

even tho i literally just had frees 😣😣😣 i missed my friends

so i got there and immediately a BUNCH of teachers kept coming to me and asking if my eye was better

they’re my huzz 🔥🔥🔥

and now. i can’t see in my left eye

well i can still see SOMETHING it’s just very…………… not visible

i really really really hope this isn’t permanent
