layoutsss HELP D:

hello! new(ish) SpaceHey user and im not a very good coder. I don't mind my current layout but it starting to get boring for me. I like the lil blinkies and stickers I have(but if you know somewhere I can get more, TELL ME PLS esp if it's song artist ones and tv media or smth along those lines) but I wish I could have a loading screen and a better idk background? or theme? to my profile. i'm looking for more the thing that can make the text "glitch" and something for the pointer like the link I added. I've scrolled thru the layouts for houuurrssss and almost every time I find something I like, I can never make it work on my pf like these:

But also i've seen this thing where it's basically a scroller thing of your favorite albums/songs and i'm a really big music person and I'd love that (sry i'd post the link but I don't have it anymore) idk what exactly i'm asking but I need some help please :( How did yall get your layouts all pretty and nice. please help a fellow spaceheyer <3 also lemme know if this is the right category to add this to I was split between spacehey and web, html, and tech ones.
