Mental Health Update - Day 1

Mood: 4/10 

Tiredness: 7/10 
Time Out Of Bed: 12:15pm 

 I smoked too much last night so I fell asleep on the couch, only to wake up at 5am to see my boyfriend had gone off to bed. 

Thankfully, I still got some sleep and it made it all worth it. I had cookies for breakfast (not the greatest choice). I did make stew for lunch/dinner and I think I did okay. I used the Instant Pot so it took less than an hour. I’m waiting for my boyfriend to get home so we can eat together. 

 I’m still tired, I still feel like shit. I just want to feel better, you know?
