I don't know
I think I have it. Whenever I hear people chewing or making mouth sounds it makes me really angry, even noises that are repetitive. Even when I took a break from watching ASMR to not depend my sleep on it, there was this one video where it had a lot of mouth sounds and it gave me a really sensitive reaction. So I can't enjoy ASMR anymore

I'm not necessarily misophonic but I do lay in the very sound sensitive category, it iz a hell to the point I wanna chop my earz off sometimez. I completely get the rage and pain from soundz istfg

Oh sure,, for me the reaction I get iz from majority of loud soundz, not specific onez like chewing or banging. But it CAN make me extremely overwhelmed/agitated and hyperventilate if I am around loud stimuli for too long or if I waz stressed that day! It usually happenz from specific volumez of sound rather than my brain latching onto one. It iz pretty hard to describe az it iz complicated, but I usually just say "I hear too much, like the opposite of deafness" to most people!

ppl dont understand the absolute rage it induces automatically. and they don't understand how it really might not be personal.
i say might because there are srsly ppl who have never in their life chewed w their fking mouth closed.
literally always have a pair of noise cancelling headphones wherever i go
like god i want to punch ppl bc i had to look at them w their mouths full of shit.
