yet another life update :p part 1

hihihi omg so much has happened how are we gng!!

im so so sorry this is going to be a long one so there will be 2 parts

obviously i haven't updated my blog in quite some time, which bums me out, i like writing about the going ons in my life, and like i said before i actually  quite like that no none else i know has this , i don't have to hold back with what i say.

i did have like half a blog post typed up and saved somewhere in my discord to post but frankly so much has happened since then its become outdated lol.

i did have some deep personal family stuff happen and i don't feel quite comfortable sharing that , id much rather focus on the big life changes and fun stuff.

so i FINALLY saw MCR!! literally th most magical night of my life. my boyfriend and i saw them in anfeild and I've   stories from that night ( yes we witnessed Gerard's burp in the middle of cancer, yes my partner got it on video) the entire trip was perfect, but this was obviously my favourite

we got a taxi to the stadium but because some of the roads were closed off for th show the driver dropped us off just down the road, so we start walking up and we see this gut handing out little commemorative cards , sweet! we take some and go on our way. we keep walking and a second guy stops up ands says, VERBATIM: "Guys,, whey would you ever want to have a CHEMICAL romance, when you could have a romance with JESUS"...We got bible thumpers at  a MCR show in the big '26...

so my boyfriend says the whole its just music, fuck off , yknow the correct response. me? i freeze up and i tell this mas 2 but i have a romance with him" (pointing at my boyfriend... anyways he keeps on about how MCRs  music is sinful and allat at this point i just want to get into the venue. but then i realise! this guy is preaching to us about Jesus, but he's English (scouse not English i know) which means he's preaching Protestantism, and i, being Irish was raises (mostly) catholic  so i tell him this, that im catholic, ands when i sell you this man's whole demeanour switched from wanting to spread the word of god to downright discontemp and disgust, it was hilarious. he ws more upset with me being a catholic than me seeing mcr lmao.

but wait there's more! we take a closer look at these cards the gave us, on the back? a whole speal about how mcr is unholy and how they want you to give into vices. fucking hilarious I'm keeping it forever.

( when i say raised catholic i mean i was christened , had communion and confirmation and was thought it in school. i don't have any strict religious beliefs and or views)

the show itself was like a dream, it still doesn't feel like it happened, our seats were really good too, which i was worried about, i thought they'd be awkward angles but we got a petty good view of the band for the a stage and the b stage while ofc they looked small we still had a pretty good view of!, got a great view of them walking in and our of the b stage area.

speaking of the b stage, i was a victim of frank ieros b stage set list WHAT ON EARTH WAS THAT( im joking i am very grateful to have been in the position to have seen them is the first place) but they played 5 DD songs, 3 TCFSW songs and one b side, although i was heaven help us which is one of my Favs. lol alot of people in our row and some surrounding rows didnt know what the song was at first  but i was like a fucking sleeper agent, neuron activation type shit i just started excitedlu scream singing. but yeah theuy played so much Danger Days (to promote the rerelease) gerard said " didnt we already play this one?" i think. thats what i made out anyways he was kinda hard to hear.

okay one last short story and ill see you in part 2 ( or not thats completely fine too)

after the show, our phones nearly dead, service shit, and every taxi snapped up  so we were a little stressed lol

while we were rtying to get a ride home this woman comes up to us and says to muy bf, " you look sad" and we say no were good just streesed out trying to get a taxi and she said : " maybe this will cheer you up", puts something in his hand and walks away.

i dont know if this woman was Anfeild crew, MCR Road crew or what. but this random ass woman handed my boyfriend fucking RAY TORO'S GUITAR PIC FROM MEXICO CITY I. WAS. GOBSMACKED!!!
