life recently! - TW health diagnoses (but in a yay way!)

hi everyone! i'm so sorry i haven't een active on here :( summer kinda got more usy than expected.

the most exciting thing to happen this year is definitely my diagnoses! i was dealing with a mystery illness for about 10 months but i finally know whats up! I have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). basically for me, i get really dizzy sometimes and my heart goes very fast from doing very little/ luckily i got the help i needed! ive een using a cane for awhile and still am but i dont really mind it.

other than that, ive been enjoying my summer before school starts again. mostly trying to indulge in my hobbies since i get so busy in the year!

ive been playing the original Metal Gear Solid recently and i love it! its challenging but has an amazing story.

ive also been playing Honkai Star Rail! i played a few years ago but have finally returned. its been very nostalgic for some reason.

as usual, im also reading comic books! i might make another blog about this but i read Supergirl: Being Super and loved it! Supergirl is a character i find very relatable, but mostly just in the comics and less in the movie. 

ive been listening to Kendrick Lamar a ton again too recently... i sometimes feel silly for being such a big fan of his (cuz i am a suburban white they/them) but he really is an incredible artist! i love Good Kid Maad City, its my favorite album of his.

i drew for the first time in almost a year today! just some doodles but it felt nice to be creative again. i normally use oil pastels but today i stuck with pencil and pen, lolol
