lelouch is the best catboy

i think yall need to understand what makes a catboy a good catboy. u can't just b a skinny guy w pretty eyes and expect me to give u the title. there's a standard here. and lelouch meets that pretty much perfectly. he's intelligent and incredibly perceptive but at the same time has absolutely no fucking idea what to do w himself when his emotions get involved. also i think that's part of why he's so interesting actually. intelligence doesn't make u rational. sometimes it just gives u better ways to justify whatever stupid shit u already wanted to do ykwim? lelouch is kind of the perfect example of that. and he's also so fucking serious abt everything. like he can't just have a problem. it has to become A THING. there has to b consequences and some fucking symbolism or something attached to it. and i lowkey respect that cause life is prolly more interesting when u take everything way too seriously and maybe that's why cats r like that. u can look at one staring at the floor for 20 minutes and u just have to assume there's something going on up there. i also love how lelouch isn't particularly easy to like and has an insane amount of pride for someone who is objectively built like a coat hanger. i think ppl ruin catboys when they try to make them too agreeable. I don't want that. idk i could prolly explain this better but im fucking sleepy. i just think he gets the catboy thing on a level that most characters don't. like he doesn't even need the ears and u can just tell.
