Madrid ---> South Carolina (without knowing English)

Okay, I don't really know how to start this, haha

To sum it up quickly: I've been living in Madrid for about three years, and my English is TERRIBLE, but my dad is taking me to live in South Carolina. It’s going to be like a fresh start for me—new friends, teachers, city, and so on

The thing is, I’ve never really heard anything about South Carolina; I don't know about the customs, laws, places, or anything like that. But what scares me the most is school, since I’ll be entering 11th grade (I think). Do you have any advice? I’d love to get to know some people from South Carolina so I won't feel so lost when I arrive there in a year.
