it is true that i have fallen behind in consuming tomione fanfiction i have so much to read however i would NEVER miss a jormy update and for that it think i can say that i am still mostly up to date with tomione ff.
first of all, the dynamic is unmatched within the hp fandom and i have read lots of different ships (sure i stay away from the fluffier stuff like the weasley pairings tbh like twinsmione is just too fluffy for me like im sure its hot but whatever). tomione is hotter because: 1) hermione's extreme logic can twist her morality to the point where she can excuse tom's darkness 2) they are BOTH really hot and smart and grew up overcoming obstacles in both the muggle and magical worlds; and 3) no matter what scenario you put the characters in they will overcome hardships even if they have to kill each other to do so.

Love this. You’re so right. All though I do love fluff and even fluffy pairs, tomione is just so good. The angst is unmatched truly and I love a good grey Hermione moment.
yea i dunno why i struggle to read fluff maybe just in hp ships too cause i have been liking reylo fluff lately but its usually sandwiched inbetween lots of angst so

I think it depends. Like tomione has fluff but it’s gonna be a different kind of fluff than like a lot of dramione and such. You might just like tougher fluff. I love tomione “fluff” in as fluffy as they really get without being ooc but it’s fun
