reading my first vampire book

(and its also the first gay novel I read lol)

It's abt a guy, who goes to university and SOMEHOW, he ends up becoming a vampire (he doesn't want to become a vampire, but he starts studying what vampires can do and stuff)

Now, the cute librarian (he has FRECKLES GUYS AND HE'S SUPER KIND) who helps ppl and is basically like the uni's psychologist, accidentally discovers the other is a vampire (mind u, the freckled guy is a twilight enthusiast so u know how he's gonna ask a ton of questions like 'can u glow in the sun?')

Juicy plot.

I'm specifically 56 pages in and it's already peak and the protag is so funny ngl

Like timothee chalament and twilight is mentioned in the same books so casually-

the book is called "The good vampire's guide to blood and boyfriends" (the title is what convinced me to buy it hshshsh), by Jamie D'Amato

I'm reading it in spanish (my native language) and I've only read like one whole book by choice in my native language. i prefer it in english its sounds better somehow lol

the age rating for this book is 13 plus btw (that's what amazon says)
