Deciding to conform to my body's preferred sleep schedule has worked wonders for me. No nausea, brain fog, dissociation, excessive fatigue... unfortunately I am going to bed at 3am and waking up at 12pm, which isn't good for socialising nor responsibilities earlier in the day. But I'm out of the no executive function zone! So that's something.
I managed to get the sketch put on my canvas yesterday, didn't get the underpainting done, I'll do that today. Golden hour is still transferring pigment slightly, so another few days until I can put the next layer down. For Glass floor, it's only tacky, no transfer, so it'll probably be ready for layer 4 by tomorrow or the next day.
Realistically I'm going to need 8 more canvases in rotation for this to be viable, unfortunately that costs about £1,200, which I do have... I just unfortunately had to give my capital to my insanely jealous father when I was a late teen so he's been the arbiter of my life ever since. Not even in a "I think this isn't a good choice" way, but a "You're not doing that, you're doing what I tell you to do about the decision that effects what you'll be doing for the next 40 years of your life." ...sir. (and he wonders why his other two kids don't talk to him.) So yes, vibes in the studio are frustrated. Never known anyone beg to do more work other than me but hey...you can't reason with the unreasonable.
What if I lost a bit of weight and started sugaring? Ah... could I conceal my domineering personality enough to do it? Maybe findom would be more accurate to my skillset...
Enough wallowing in self pity (although it's very fun sometimes), I've got paintings to finish.
