and when the smoke hits my throat, tears trace my face and i fall down to my knees, your eyes suddenly contain lesser world in them

I am a coward
Not a scare of ghosts coward but a scared of my own emotions coward, how my emotions would effect a given situation and the worst possible outcome, i always neglected them only to realise that the world around me will just look at my cowardice as something they could use to their own advantage. But to be extremely fair there is no one else to blame but me, i am the one that trapped my emotions, and what i meant to say in between brick walls. But then again, i am a coward scared of my own self.

Attachment is truly the root to all suffering but so is expecting basic humane empathy, the world isnt selfless so you dont have to be either.
