Like how would that feel?

How would it feel to have my abdomen cut open so someone I love can touch my organs

How would it feel like? How crazy would that look like? Why do I like the idea? What would it mean? What and why is just the beginning questions 

The idea sounds pretty crazy and rough but weirdly comforting and I'm scared of that, why do I find the idea of the one I love seeing, tasting and touching my bones, muscles and organs so fricking comforting? So good? So erotic??

UAHAGGAAG this is weird

I would like to feel the pain it brings, the sensations of the touching of the things previously mentioned, the feeling of that person licking my opened abdomen clean.

It doesn't feel strange, but I am weirded out that I like this
