Ah what's your friend code? I 8elieve we 8oth have to add each other in order for us to actually 8e friends. Anyways, using video tutorials isn't a gr8 idea since it can end up 8ricking your device instead if it's outd8ed. I recommend following the tutorial Here though!!!!!!!! This site is always up to d8 and has a detailed guide on how to Home8rew with a very slim chance of 8ricking your device if you do everything as planned. 8e weary that you'll need to remove your 3DS' SD card and put it 8ack in the device a couple of times so don't screw the 8ack on your 3DS until things are working smoothly. my 3DS died a sad death. On my birthday in 2015, my parents decided to get me a New 3DS XL. I was so happy with that thing, until my sister spilled water while watching YouTube on it.
Why'd I leave it with my sister? Well, it's because my parents said so. That's how I lost one of my favorite consoles only 3 months after buying it.
Ugh younger si8lings really suck sometimes, I'm sorry a8out your loss........ hopefully at some point you're a8le to get one for yourself that you don't need to lend to your sister though ::::)
