I Moved! - Life Blog (08/27/2026)

Hi Guys! It's been so long omgggggg
I havent been online for a while because I was in the process of moving! Some of you might know this already but yeah, I moved to a whole new city an hour away from my home town and am living by myself for the first time ever! 
I live in a little studio apartment in a house with a couple other units in it and so far the neighbors that I have talked with have been nice! I sit and smoke with one of them while he drinks his beer at the end of the day every now and then it is rlly nice tbh. 
The town seems nice so far. It is very different from the town I am from especially since it is a college town with a lot more young adults populating the area.

I don't have a picture of it here but to sleep I have a Japanese style floor mattress that I roll up and stash in the closet during the day so I can have more space during the day! 

Before I left town I ended up buying a macbook for my classes (or at least I'm leasing to own lol) 
I just wanted to share this picture of the stickers I added to the case: 

I LOVE Sherlock Holmes. All sorts of adaptations of the stories as well as the originals! So this past Christmas I got myself a Sherlock Holmes zine and it came with a bunch of stickers, some of which I put on my laptop :3 
I also have Miku and Sonic cuz I've had those stickers laying around forever and I do indeed love them both. Then there's just a couple misc stickers from my journaling to fill in that little space to the right of Miku 

One night I was smoking on my front porch and I saw a stray kitten across the street! I went over to pet it and it got super attached to me. In the end it decided to cross the street and climb all over me while I was smoking-

I havent seen them since that night but I hope someone picked them up and helped them because they had an infected eye :( 
I named them Paul after Paul McCartney who's my favorite Beatle lol

So far things are going well. I had one friend but now I have two! I went to a house show with my one friend and met some of their friends and now im chatting with one of them :3 
The house show was also kinda fun, it was small and not a lot of people were there but it was fun to hear the music and get drunk n high n shit 
got to bum a cigarette off of someone and i try not to smoke them too often but it was fun for the night haha 

Classes start next week and I'm anxious about it I cannot lie 
I'm excited to meet all the new people and my professors and everything but I'm also gonna have to be making it there on my own with the bus and my walker so I am also a little worried about how everything will go. Hopefully I will make some friends who have cars haha 
But overall I'm happy that I'm finally here. I've been trying to move to this town to study here since  was 17 so its really nice to make it here at 26 ^^
