[VENT] how do i stop hating myself?

Im going thru a break up that was basically my fault however now that I dont have that person in my life anymore and since the break up is MY fault I cant stop hating myself because of how much it hurts

And I DO wanna move on and get better but it is NOT the easiest since this person was very important to me and I loved them a lot 

And yes it WAS me who stoped loving them and broke up with them but im now trying to a knowledge my mistakes and be come a better person yet I Still cant help but hate myself for what I did
