minor issue with my desktop monitor

i think this only started happening a few days ago but my computer monitors begun flickering where the right side of the monitor ends up being slightly dimmer than the rest of the screen

ịm 99% sure its because i left it on stale images too long and it genuinely just started to fuck with the panels or something because i'm so serious this only started like. 4 or 5 days ago. it was fine for like 8 months and now suddenly it starts bugging out

it does bother me a lot and it's really distracting when i'm trying to write. i ended up calling a guy at the company who made it and he said it's a hardware thing and i have to get it serviced

on one hand i'm scared that things could break if it gets serviced but on the other the warranty is only for a year i'm pretty sure and at least if i deal with it now i wont have to pay for it later

i don't know. my mom says to have good mindsets and things will all work out so im going to remain hopeful that this is an easy hardware fix and if anything comes along we'll be able to resolve it

i'll probably tell my mom about all this so that way i can have her advice on what to do here cause im a bit lost for now. but they need the receipt (which i dont have) so i couldn't do anything about it right now anyways even if i wanted to
