In 8th grade we had speech choir rehearsals about Reverse Creation. As I grew up i realized what It might meant.
The society "was" dirty, bloody, and brutal. Then there came their "God". Whom only appeared the moment the world was falling apart. It was a coping mechanism.
Nuns and childrens praised the Lord. Cried for mercy, knelt down, and yelled for forgiveness. There was no moment of silence. Just crying and begging.
Does that sound "peace" to you?

I hate how abrahamic religions (in special, christianity) focus too much in punishment. This kind of belief wasn't common in paganism (atleast, european paganism) so it's disconcerting how these philosophies penetrated into the western common sense so easily. It's almost sadistic. Of course it had a political influence, but it's still absurd.
