I was showing someone some old pictures I took for a photography class in HS, and I ended up coming away with feeling that quite a few of these were better than I remembered, so here's a handful of the ones I liked, and how they came to be. Note that none of these really have a deep meaning beyond “I’d thought they’d be cool/look good.”

I then edited it to be much darker to emphasize the creepy factor. What you’re seeing is even darker due to uploading compression but it still looks fine.

These next two were to emphasize a “Stop-Motion,” basically capturing a photo of something that's moving. It was October at the time, so I had these little pumpkins lying around, and I threw together a costume for theming.

Ok so If I remember correctly these ones were me just messing around/experimenting with light sources for fun. I was playing a mod for Half-Life at the time called ‘Afraid of Monsters,’ it relied heavily on subjects of pill abuse and loneliness; so I was inspired to build off those themes.

This last one is definitely my favorite, the title of the photo is “Final Photo,” so maybe it was submitted as my final project? I don’t think I edited this one at all so it wouldn’t really make sense if I was merely naming it final as a sort of denotation of it being the finished version.
Anyway, It would make sense if I submitted this as my Final, because I think it's quite good! I was very lucky to have an extremely scenic wooded area next to my house, and a willing participant in the form of my dad. (Thanks dad!)
