proton vpn is pretty good, you get the essentials and it's as much as you want to use. if you don't mind being data constrainted, windscribe is also pretty good

I have Vivaldi on most of my devices (a very customizable web browser) and it has a built-in VPN powered through a partnership with Proton :D
