Why is autism so autistic

This isnt even negative but im gonna sound corny here people (⓿_⓿) I as an autistic person frequently look at couples (maybe im creepy or something) and wonder why girls like veiny hands or why guys like a more curvy woman? because its kinda scary to have visible veins as someone who is a girl can anyone answer these questions?
