3d movies are terrible for me

I went to spiderman bnd movie yesterday, and bought 3d ticket, i havent see 3d movies for like 6 years i guess. I always sleep well and fall asleep at 11 pm but this night i didnt sleep at all! I was feeling dizzy, had headache and i decided i won`t watch 3d movies now. Movie was good though
