voice-acting fun

The most random thing happened to me (roughly) two weeks ago. If you're a minecraft arg/horror fan, I'm sure you've become aware of ThatMobs story: Verity, in which a yellow AI ball goes pyscho and gets obsessed with keeping Mob all to himself. 

Anyway, I am also a fan of this story line and was deeply saddened when the series ended. So, what do you do when you get bored? I do voice impressions of Verity, duh. Some small context, I used to be a voice actor back in 2022-2023 and I was honored to become a FANDUB VA for Navia (Genshin Impact) and Octaiva (Helluva Boss)--two of my most favorite characters ever, by the way.

I had texted my friends the impression of Verity to which they were delighted and also confused as to how the fuck I made Verity sound like a "hot woman" (true words). Eventually, they concinved me to post the impression on Tik Tok--I wasn't really thinking much was going to come from it. I thought at first, "Hm, I'll probably get some likes and a few comments... Not much else."

No, no. I got both of those things plus a dm. Out of curiosity, I opened the dm and spotted a blessing--a person asking if I wished to voice act an oc they created out of inspiration from the Verity series. I, of course, said yes. Now, it's been two weeks and I've appeared on more live streams than I ever thought I would. It's been the most insane thing ever. Not only that but we just wrapped up episode one last night. Holy crap, I am exhausted.
